Registrations are being
accepted for Saint John’s next EMT Certification class,
which will begin April 20. The class will meet from 6
to 10 p.m., 2 nights a week at Saint John’s. Tim Layton
will be the instructor. For more information and an

Tuition includes CPR
training, the textbook and other class materials.
Following successful completion of the course, program
graduates are eligible for the State of Indiana
Certification Examination and the National EMT Registry
Examination. Application for the state certification is
dependent upon passing this examination. This course is
required to be a paramedic.
To be considered for the
program, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and
possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. All students
must read, write, and speak English fluently. Class size
is limited.
