Requirements:  Completion of Bachelors Degree in Social Work from an accredited college. Requirements:  Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Program.  High School Diploma or equivalent.  Current certification (RCP) from the State of Indiana.  Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care.   CRT eligible candidates will be hired into the CRT job class. Failure to pass the CRT exam with in 90days of employment will result in reclassification to the RCP job class.   RRT eligible candidates will be hired into the RRT job class.
