Saint John’s surgeon Dr. Jim Milligan is a Board Certified specialist in Otolaryngology (Head and Neck) Surgery.  He earned his medical degree from Indiana University.  He completed his internship and residency at Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, Mich.  He also completed a residency at Indiana University Medical Center.
