My Choice Nursing Registry
Select your level. Personalize your career.
The My Choice Nursing Registry has four levels that
highlight different practice areas. Whether you are a RN or
LPN with at least one year of Critical Care or
Medical/Surgical experience, you will have your choice of
working in a variety of departments and accepting
assignments that fit your lifestyle. This exciting program
provides the flexibility and variety that you want in your
career. Plus, you’ll enjoy a premium hourly rate and
differentials.
You must meet requirements of the job description,
complete initial competencies, annual competencies, and
annual mandatory education. Every selected candidate is
expected to attend Orientation and will receive a
performance development review at the end of 90 days and
annually.

NURSE REGISTRY I
The Staff Nurse Registry I associates will receive a
premium hourly rate for a commitment to work periodic shifts
in one specific unit.

Criteria:
Must be willing to work at least two
shifts per month and at least two weekend shifts per month
plus one summer holiday and one winter holiday
May be scheduled in advance or may be asked to work on
short notice
Must have a minimum of one year recent
Medical/Surgical or Critical Care/E D/LDRP
experience.
NURSE REGISTRY II
The Staff Nurse Registry II associates will receive a
premium hourly rate for a commitment to work periodic shifts
in multiple units.

four different units, as well as on the Admission Team
Must have a minimum of one year of
recent Medical/Surgical or Critical Care/ED/LDRP experience
May be scheduled in advance or may be asked to work on
short notice
NURSE REGISTRY III
The Staff Nurse Registry III associates will receive a
premium hourly rate for a commitment to work periodic shifts
in multiple units.

Must be willing to work in the following
areas: Med/Surg, General Medical, Joint Replacement Unit,
Neuro, Bennett
Rehabilitation and Nursing Admissions Team.
Must have Med/Surg experienc e within the
last two years
or
Must be willing to work in the following areas:
Critical Care, Emergency Department and LDRP/Peds.
Must have CCU, LDRP/Peds/Post Partum or
Emergency Department experience within the last two years
May be scheduled in advance or may be asked to work on
short notice
NURSE REGISTRY IV - Seasonal
The Staff Nurse Registry IV Seasonal associates will
receive a premium hourly rate for a commitment to work 14
weeks (includes two weeks of orientation and 12 weeks on the
units). This position is to cover peak census time, which is
October through March, and peak vacation, which is June,
July and August.

Must have CCU, L DRP/Peds/Post Partum or
Emergency Department experience within the last two years
Must be willing to work at least three
12-hour shifts per week and every third weekend, plus two
holidays if needed
