Saint John’s Home Health Care provides skilled intermittent care in the home by licensed nurses, occupational, speech and physical therapists, medical social workers, and home health aides.  Under the direction and order of a physician, the individualized care plan developed for each patient.  The skilled care may include several services, such as home IV therapies, ostomy and wound care, management of catheters and feeding tubes, management of chest or abdominal drainage systems, rehabilitation programs, linkage to community resources and safety planning. 

Saint John's Home Health Care serves nine counties in central Indiana.  Discharge planners, physician offices, social workers, and other referral sources may call the agency directly for service.  Saint John's Home Health Care will contact the physician when the referral originates from the patient, the patient's family or friend, or other source.

In-home service is reimbursed by most third-party payers. The agency is licensed by the Indiana State Board of Health, certified as a Medicare and Medicaid provider, and accredited by The Joint Commission.
