St.Vincent Health Connect provides a
convenient diagnostic screening service whereby individuals
are able to take a proactive approach in their health care
and wellness.
Through various pre-set screenings and wellness
assessments, medical staff provide patients with a quick
snapshot of their health. Should the need arise, St.Vincent
Health Connect can act as your partner and advocate, and
provide swift access to primary care or any of the many
specialty services you need within the St.Vincent Health
System.
St.Vincent Health Connect can also provide vaccinations,
including those needed for international travel.
Services Provided
St.Vincent Health Connect offers two different
health screenings. One is a basic screen with physical
examination, lab testing and updating immunizations.
The second, a more comprehensive evaluation, combines a
thorough body examination along with lab testing, review of
family and medical history, physical fitness and dietary
habits to produce a highly individual feedback.
Vaccinations, including those
necessary for international travel.
Walk-ins are welcome. Test results are generally
available within 24 hours and can be delivered via mail,
telephone, by e-mail or kept at the office for pick-up.

Wednesday:
6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Thursday and Friday:
9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday:
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
