Physical therapy provides individualized treatment programs
to:

improve strength

mobility
-
endurance and agility
-
offer
pain relief
-
promote wound healing.
Each
rehabilitation program has a strong emphasis on patient and
family education.
Rehabilitation services are provided to individuals with:
joint replacements, neck and back pain, arthritis,
fractures, strokes, multiple sclerosis, head injuries,
developmental delays, rotator cuff injuries, inflammatory
processes, ligamentous injuries or other musculoskeletal
injuries. All traditional physical medicine modalities are
available, including aquatic therapy and upper and lower
extremity orthotic appliances, such as hand/wrist splints
and custom-made shoe inserts. Specialized programs are
available for pediatric and adult orthopedics, neurologic
and developmental care, pain relief, wound healing, balance
and dizziness disorders, and industrial rehabilitation.
