Saint
John’s has the latest in surgery technology,
including fiber optics and endoscopic video cameras.
Saint John’s Surgery Services has specially trained
staff and sophisticated technology to perform most
general surgical procedures. Saint John’s surgeons
also perform many specialized procedures, including total
joint replacement, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, and
surgeries in such specialty medical fields as
obstetrics/gynecology, urology, thoracic surgery, and
ear, nose and throat.
A
specially trained staff of recovery room nurses care for
the patients following surgery until they are ready to
return home or to their hospital rooms.
The
Department of Anesthesia offers pain management service
through physician referral.
